Emma partakes in regular sport and exercise including running, strength training, dance, & aerial fitness (hoop, pole & silks). She likes to incorporate her interests within work as much as possible, whether this means delivering related presentations and workshops, or simply being able to relate to more of her clients, which helps her to deliver more effective treatments.

In addition to Emma's massage services, she also teaches barre fitness /pilates classes at The Regency Dance Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield, and more recently at Manor House Fitness in New Ollerton. She took her Barre Fitness qualification in July 2020 in London ran by by Stott Pilates, & later took her Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) course in May 2023 which focuses even more on ballet technique, alignment and control. Ever since Emma attended university in 2018, she had always wanted to teach her own exercise classes. These classes are unique to the local area and they also incorporate her background within dance. Emma has been dancing ever since she was 3 years old and studied at Jelli Studios Theatre Arts College in Liverpool (2016-2018). Over the years she has taken part in many dance shows, events and competitions, her most memorable experiences being the Move It Performing Arts Event in London, performing as a part of English Youth Ballet when she was 18 years old, and the Dance World Cup in Germany and Barcelona where she returned back home a world champion with her UK team.
Barre Fitness classes are a mix of ballet and pilates to create a fun yet challenging workout which also incorporate some traditional pilates mat-based work. The main aims of these classes are to achieve stronger and more flexible muscles. Visit Barre Fitness to read more about these classes.
