This treatment involves a massage of the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper back, arms & hands.

Indian head massages are well known for relieving headache pain, decreasing muscle tension. This massage can also promote relaxation which can lead to less stress and anxiety as well as improved sleep.

Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage uses additional heat from the hot stones allowing for a deeper massage. Emma incorporates sports massage therapy techniques to further help to release muscular tightness/tension, as well as any general aches and pains.

All spa experience appointments can be gifted as a gift voucher. Simply order one of these from Emma and the person receiving it can book their appointment with her.

The 'to' and 'from' sections on the voucher are left blank for you to write on. All gift vouchers have a 6-month expiry date from the date of purchase.
