Adhering to this program will allow you to increase your flexibility and get closer to your splits! Whether you are an athlete, dancer, or simply looking to improve your flexibility and range of motion, this 6-week program can work for you! Designed with all abilities in mind, this program is a great way to start improving your leg flexibility. The program is split into 6 sections/weeks, each week building upon the previous one. Successful completion of each week is required to progress onto the next. This self-paced course allows flexibility in scheduling, but must completed within the timeframe of 6 weeks.
